See a guide before you open it

  • Docs
  • Website

The docs index at parahuman.co/docs is now a spread of two pages. The guides are on the left. A preview of the guide in view is on the right.

Each guide says how long it takes

A guide gives its title, one line about the guide, its reading time and the date of its last update. The reading time comes from the words in the guide itself.

The preview shows the real text

The right page lists the sections of the guide, and each section carries its own reading time. Point at a section. The window beside the list moves to that section and shows its first lines, from the guide itself.

Select a section to open the guide at that point. On a touch screen, the first tap previews a section and the second tap opens it.

The index remembers where you were

The guide that you opened last carries a Last opened mark, and the index shows that guide first. Your own browser holds the mark, so it stays on your device.

Copy the one value you came for

A guide can offer one value beside its title, with a button that copies it. The MCP guide offers the address of the server.

Under the guide list, a link gives the Markdown copy of each guide. The back of the page lists the three most recent changelog entries and the support address.

  • Support The support page now has the same width as the header above it and the footer below it
  • Support The focus ring on the Draft button now reads against the page and against the next segment of the button
